Substitutions Policy

Every order is important to us because it is important to you! We earnestly endeavour to please every client with beautiful flowers and top-notch customer service.

During major holiday seasons, The Spotted Willow maintains a large selection of fresh floral varieties, greenery, and containers. We will always do our very best to deliver a floral gift that matches as closely as possible to the design displayed online. However, please note that occasionally, seasonal demand and regional conditions may affect the supply of products to our studio. Specific varieties and colours may not always be available or fail to meet our high quality standards. As such, substitutions might be necessary to fulfill your floral and container requirements. Great care is taken to maintain the 'style and feel' of every arrangement, using products of equal or greater value.


Refund Policy

We understand that plans change, and we are happy to accommodate order cancellations or delivery date adjustments 7 days in advance of the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

Orders cancelled 7 or more days in advance will receive a full refund. We are unable to cancel or refund orders that have already been picked up or delivered. If a customer fails to pickup their order, a refund will not be given. 


Holiday Season

We will be preparing our floral arrangements a day ahead of delivery or pickup during the holiday season. If we are unable to deliver an order by the end of the holiday season, the customer can either pick up the arrangement for themselves or receive a 50% refund. We cannot offer full refunds as we work with a perishable product.
