Delivery & Pickup

Delivery Policy

All orders must be placed at least one day in advance; no same-day delivery. Order by 12:00pm for next-day delivery. Customers will be contacted before delivery to ensure someone is home to receive the order; orders will not be delivered without a recipient present. 

Delivery hours are from 10:00am-6:00pm, Tuesday to Saturday. Our studio is closed Sundays and Mondays.

Delivery fees are as follows:
Orders within 8km of our studio: $10.00 
Orders from 8km up to 15km: $15.00
Orders from 15km up to 20km: $20.00
Orders from 20km up to 25km: $25.00
Orders from 25km up to 30km: $30.00

We are unable to deliver orders greater than 30km from our studio at 12005 County Rd 10, Stayner. If you have questions about order delivery, please call us at (705) 816-1613 or email info@thespottedwillow.com.

Gift Delivery

If you choose to have a floral gift delivered, please note that the recipient will be called the morning of your chosen delivery date to arrange the best deliver time and to ensure that someone will be home to receive the arrangement. Should the call go to voicemail, a simple message will be left encouraging them to return our call as soon as they can. Should we be unable to connect with the recipient by the end of the day, you (the sender) will be notified and we will try again the following business day. 

Order Pickup

Order by 12:00pm for next-day pickup at 12005 County Rd 10, Stayner, open Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00am to 4:00pm. Our studio is located at the house to the right of the driveway, from the first garage door. Please bring your confirmation email to collect your order.

Shipping

The Spotted Willow does not offer shipping.
